Purchased a car, a 2019 Chevy Equinox in 3/23. Check engine light has come on 4x. The last time it came on I was driving away from the dealership AFTER it was "repaired". At this point I feel like they're putting bandaids on to get me to the end of the warranty and then I'm gonna pay big outta pocket for a lemon. Don't reccomend this place AT ALL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! A bunch of young kids just tryna make an easy buck from your hard earned money.

On our way back to New York, our car's thermostat started flashing, and we were concerned that we would not make it home and getting it serviced at a Toyota dealership would be costly. However, to our pleasant surprise, this was far from the norm. Caroline, Amber, and Decker treated us with utmost care and respect, even offering a courtesy car for us to grab a bite while they ran a diagnostic check. Decker, our car technician, was a true blessing. He handled our car with such diligence and attention as if it were his own, instilling confidence in us to continue our journey home. I must say that I wouldn't hesitate to have my car serviced from Butte Toyota. I highly recommend them!

Here is my experience: I purchased a 2017 Nissan Murano in early Dec 2022 and have put on 8000 mi driving mostly to and from work. The salesman stated there was a bumper-to-bumper warranty to 150000 and drivetrain to 200000 and that they did a 150 pt inspection on the vehicle before I purchased. The vehichle has a vibration crack in left quarter panel now the passenger front seat threads are tearing the healights are fogging up the struts are going out The above is NOT covered by the warranty Also the differential seals are leaking and after fighting with them they are fixing at thier cost. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER EXTENED WARRANTY or vehicle from them as I feel I have been lied to and manipulated. They sold me a lemon.. Can't wait to see what is next on the POS.

I’ve gone to Butte Toyota for 3 years now and this experience made me never want to visit again. Initially I asked for my scheduled regular maintenance and if they could rotate my tires because last time they marked on my MPI they rotated them but I had a small air leak in the same exact tire when I brought it in so I knew it wasn’t rotated. The service coordinator said he would tell the techs to get it done. When my vehicle was done they still did not rotate the tires, as my husband marked them. I called and complained to the front service desk about this and he said he specifically told them to rotate them per my request. So I came back the next day to get them rotated and the front service desk tells me he talked to his techs again and they said they rotated them. I told him no they did not rotate my tires my husband marked them, and all tires are in the same place when I brought them in the day before. After they finished rotating them Nick comes out to tell me they are finished and that he watched them rotate the tires this time. Then he proceeds to give me an excuse about how my husband marked the tire valves so I’ve must have believed somehow they weren’t rotated but they were and that’s the only mark he sees. I stopped him and said no I have numbers marked on the actual outside of each tire and they were not rotated. I did not appreciate him trying to tell me 3 different times I didn’t know what I was talking about. Makes me wonder how long I’ve been paying them to do stuff to my car and they aren’t actually doing it.

I had an amazing experience with the service department at Butte Toyota. A friend from out of town was having some trouble with her Rav and they were able to get her vehicle inspected within an hour of our call and discovered that something had happened to her front brakes. They fixed the issue right then and we were able to continue on a planned road trip. Thank you!

I had a major problem with my Tacoma and the people at this dealer took the time to work with and the non-toyota extended warranty that another dealership had misled to buy, thinking it was a Toyota extended warranty. The service people worked with the warranty company to get them to pay for the expensive repairs.

Dishonest service area, sent vehicle out missing equipment and never informed me. I don't care that it's a $25 oil cap, I care that there was no attempt to have it resolved or informed " Your vehicle is missing a part that we can quickly and easily replace". If something this small was neglected, then what was neglected on the larger jobs. I try to give shops a chance, people are people things happen. But after so many disappointing interactions I will no longer do any business with Butte Toyota or any of its other shops. The truck is going in for further inspection to see whatelse may be missing or neglected.

The dealership applied a 27% markup to the MSRP which they called a market adjustment ($17,000 markup). They came down but I still paid $6,000 more than the MSRP. After talking to other people about their experiences at this dealership and considering my own I would most definetly not use this dealer again.

Paid almost $200 for an assessment that said I needed to change my front diff fluid and quoted me for a $1000 part with no solutions for a quick easy fix on my 4wd I figured out on my own. Support a local business and go elsewhere to fix your rig.

If I could go lower than one star I would. Bought a $30,000 car from here. Was sold with a leaking back tire and when asked about the warning light during the test drive, they said it was actually just cold that day and thats what the issue was instead of checking it out for me. Then proceeded to try to low ball me on my trade in, and then try to refuse taking off additional packages once I forced them to give a good offer on my trade in. "The only reason we were going to give you that much for your trade is cause we assumed you would take the packages." They also left me with less than a quarter tank of gas on a $30,000 vehicle purchase to take it home. Also the car I was sold was originally Canadian, with multiple features that are locked if you're not using the car IN CANADA. I was never told this and when confronted they said, " What are we supposed to do about it? It's not our job to know where every used car we have comes from." Horrible employees, horrible experience, and a terrible dealership.

Had a unexpected mishap on our road trip, had to stop in and Nick in the service dept. was amazing and helped get us back on the road with a loaner. We were then informed that my car was fixed the very next day as they over nighted the parts from Portland! I am very happy with what they did and how quickly it happened, I highly recommend!

Butte Toyota is the best! Hanna the service parts person & Karisma the windshield service person are the best. I have a 2024 tacoma. Windshield got shattered. Talked to our local Toyota dealer where I bought my truck, they wanted a 1000 dollar deposit and could not tell me when I could get a windshield! I called toyota dealers as far as southern California. Nobody could give me any information when they thought they could get a windshield. Called butte toyota and talked to Hanna, she did some research, tracked some toyota windshield shipments, gave me a date when she thought it would arrive. Safelite and all the other dealers would not do that. Very long story. After a bunch of bs with other dealers and safelite. No info for all. Butte Toyota found and tracked a windshield, kept me informed, great installation! If I had waited for other dealers or safelite would still be waiting THANK YOU HANNA AND KIRISMA

I took my truck for an oil change here in March. I then got an oil change at a different place in July. Turns out Butte Toyota did NOT put a filter in my truck. When I reached out to talk to a supervisor at the dealership, I have gotten no response. I will not be going back here and I suggest no one goes here after the lack of attention to detail and lack of communication.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in with a 3.5 year old battery that had a 7 year warranty on it (84 months) and, they wanted to charge me full price for a battery because they couldn't find a service record for the battery. Then, I was told I had to wait a few hours for them to test the battery for a fault code even though it was actively leaking from the top and not holding a charge. Eventually, I went and talked to the general manager, and i was told the best they could do was give me a batter at cost. never come here again, and I'll tell everyone not to come here either. I guess Toyota just doesn't stand behind their parts or warranties anymore.

We're a Toyota family (currently 6 Toyotas) and I'm glad we have Butte Toyota serving Butte. First Tercel Wagon 1981, latest 2018 Tundra. Also have a 2007 RAV4 with 234K miles on it and it is running great. We were looking to get a 2024 RAV4 Prime, but Toyota Corporate won't allocate any to Montana dealers! I worked with Butte Toyota, but they're hands are tied. I have to buy outside Montana to get our next Toyota! (through no fault of Butte Toyota!). Anyway, we wanted to "try on" one of the new RAV4s to see if I would fit in it. I walked in and was greeted by Brian Farmer and explained my dilemma. He was very professional and courteous and allowed us to "try one" one of the other RAV4s, even though Toyota wouldn't let him sell us a RAV4 Prime. The Sales manager has also been helpful and pledged that even if we had to buy elsewhere (through no fault of Butte Toyota), they'd be happy to service our new RAV4 Prime. My 2019 Tacoma had a loose mud flap, pulled in walked inside and asked a Tech to help me. He immediately went outside and said you have lost two fasteners , the flap was almost failing off. He then got two new bolts put them in tightened them up and as good as new! What amazing 🤩 excellent service! These guys are on it, their customer satisfaction is exceptional! 💯😊…

I always want to shop local and promote Butte, but Butte Toyota is one of the only, or quite possibly the only Toyota dealership in the state doing "market adjustments" for Tundras. every other Toyota dealership in the state I have spoken with is selling all Tundras at MSRP. Butte people wonder why we leave the city with oht business. I have put a deposit down for another Toyota dealership in Montana who sells at MSRP.
